The Indie rock outfit the New Amsterdams were pioneered by vocalist/guitarist Matthew Pryor as a side project. Joining him are drummer Jake Cardwell, guitarist Alex Brahl and bassist Robert Pope. The New Amsterdams' work features light acoustic guitars and slightly more straight forward pop rock.
